The mandate of reyouzd.com is to rebrand the term 'used' or 'second-hand' to 'eco-retailing', eco-
conscious, and environmentally responsible . This means re-educating consumers to accept the
purchase of used goods as environmentally conscious consumerism. Used goods have all made
their basic environmental impact the first time around. They do not require new agricultural and
industrial practices, little if any new manufacturing processes; they have little or no new packaging
and, since they are mostly sources locally or regionally, the environmental cost of distribution to
marketplace is greatly reduced.
How will we encourage others to reuse?
Reyouzd.com,will work to develop a series of community events that will not only target the general
public but will INVOLVE them. In this way they have an investment into the concept of reusing and
they will understand how they are making a positive impact on the environment. This public
involvement will draw the attention of news sources-TV, newspapers, newsletters, radio spots.
What if I don't have a website?
This site will act as a website for you. We are also available to you to develop a website through
Yahoo for you. Contact us about pricing.
I already have a Website-what do I need this site for?
You've made a good start. But are you aggressively advertising your site? If you don't, and if your
potential buyer doesn't knows your url, your business name, and where you are physically located,
